When unexpected issues arise, our AI agents will resolve most challenges, allowing teams to focus on innovation instead of crisis management. The User Experience Platform team at PagerDuty enhances and maintains a cohesive web and mobile experience across our Operations Cloud, adhering to unified technology standards and best practices to provide exceptional experiences for admins, incident responders, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with product and UX design managers to gain comprehensive insights into the functionality of PagerDuty Operations Cloud and the customer journey. Collaborate with app and platform product teams to gather and prioritize their UX needs. Deliver a robust web and mobile user experience platform that enables app teams to attain industry-leading usability. Lead initiatives focused on Accessibility, FedRAMP compliance, as well as internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) programs to widen our customer base. Develop and maintain a unified roadmap that aligns with our business goals and the needs of product teams. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools. Familiarity with web and mobile application design and technical development. Strong technical acumen and communication skills for effective collaboration with senior engineering teams. A track record in fast-paced product teams, providing customer value through iteration and feedback loops. Proficiency in analytics tools and experience in data-driven decision-making. Effective communication abilities with customers and internal teams regarding product and go-to-market strategies. Strong customer empathy and a genuine curiosity for understanding customer needs. Ability to lead by influence and drive results across different teams. Excellent collaboration capabilities; adept at simplifying complex technical subjects for easier understanding. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Solid understanding of incident response and DevOps workflows. Ideally, candidates should be located near any PagerDuty office in Toronto, Lisbon, Atlanta, or San Francisco. The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $235,000 and may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and/or benefits. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum expected salaries for newly hired employees in this role. Individual pay is influenced by various factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.
