We invite a curious and results-driven Product Manager to join our Tokenization team. This outstanding group combines deep financial expertise across various asset classes with a leading smart contract engineering team, working together to build the future of global tokenization infrastructure that integrates regulated financial systems with the fast-paced world of DeFi. This role is tailored for a dynamic product manager who excels in a results-oriented environment. Your Responsibilities: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including post-launch analysis and iterative enhancements. Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and insights from clients and internal experts. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, legal, and operational teams to translate product requirements into clear specifications and deliver outstanding features. Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to guide product prioritization and measure success. Develop and maintain essential product documentation, such as user stories, process flows, and project plans to ensure team alignment. Keep internal stakeholders updated on product progress, timelines, and status to maintain alignment with our ambitious delivery plans. What We Look For: At least 7 years of experience in product management or related fields in institutional finance, management consulting, or a technical role. Strong foundational knowledge of institutional finance, including areas such as capital markets, asset management, and financial operations, as well as product development principles. A strong sense of curiosity coupled with a proven ability to quickly grasp complex financial and technical concepts. Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities. Robust analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, able to navigate incomplete or ambiguous information effectively. Skilled at negotiation and collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to influence outcomes and propel execution. A high degree of ownership and the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a 'no-task-is-too-small' mindset. A deep and genuine interest in digital assets, tokenization, DeFi, and the evolving financial markets. Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $207,485 to $244,100 USD, depending on your work location. Our full-time offers also include bonus eligibility, equity options, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).
