RESPONSIBILITIES Support and implement office policies and goals, while continually looking for opportunities to improve. Manage day-to-day sales operations of the agency. Train, coach, and assist agency Team Members. Assist with customer interactions on complex issues. QUALIFICATIONS Several years of proven success in a insurance agency. 3+ years of experience in insurance sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role. State Farm experience IS A MUST AND REQUIREMENT. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY- INSURANCE LICENSE Ability to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals. Ability to work in and manage a team environment. Ability to effectively train, coach, and assist team members. Highly organized and detail oriented. Excellent problem-solving skills.
