Location: Inland Empire- Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario San Gabriel Valley- Pasadena, Rosemead, Temple City, El Monte, Baldwin Park, San Dimas South Bay- Torrance, Carson, El Segundo, Palos Verdes and surrounding areas Responsibilities: Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan for each patient; updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Restoration of functional mobility post-surgery Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for rehabilitation and injury prevention Qualifications:Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current and unrestricted CA Physical Therapy license Valid CA drivers license and insurance Ability to travel 10-15 miles from your residence Excellent interpersonal communication skills Inner drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Demonstrates outstanding integrity, conscientiousness and work motivation Benefits: Work in a rewarding environment where you can spend up to a full hour of direct-one-on-one time with your patients Freedom to plan your own schedule Fully remote and documents are all online - no more paperwork!
