Key Responsibilities: Deliver top-notch nursing services with a focus on quality and compassionate care. Supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants. Adhere to Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures among nursing personnel. What You Need to Succeed: Active LPN license in your state. Current CPR certification. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
