Overall, 10+ years relevant to this position with at least 6+ years of consulting experience in the CX Domain. Experience in implementing and enhancing PRM. Experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must on CX Sales, B2B Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Services, Visual Builder Studio. Strong techno-functional skills in proposing and crafting efficient solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on CX Cloud Projects. Prior hands-on experience in functional configurations and customizations in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc. Deep knowledge in web-based front-end development using - HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Experience with React and/or other front-end JavaScript frameworks will be a plus. Strong hands-on experience with design and development of integrations using various integration patterns.
