Campus Services Assistant

The Campus Services Assistant provides safe and reliable transportation for residents while promoting a positive, person-centered experience. The role works collaboratively with the Transportation Team Lead and Leisure Coordinators to support resident engagement and meet the community's transportation needs. Flexible working hours are required that may include evenings and weekends. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, required. Previous experience in a similar role or working with the senior population preferred. Ability to problem solve and use sound judgment, required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to work independently and as a team required. Ability to perform routine vehicle checks required. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record required. Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain if not already certified required. Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
