Alarm Service Technician

As an Alarm Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations, focusing on servicing our products at various customer sites. This position involves direct customer interaction to troubleshoot and resolve any post-installation issues with security systems and equipment. If you have a keen technical aptitude and experience in low voltage electronics with a focus on security solutions, we want to hear from you. Minimum qualifications required: High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV security systems, along with a basic understanding of electronics and relevant codes. A valid state driver's license with no restrictions. Current State of OR Active LEA License. Preferred qualifications (not required): A vocational or technical degree in electrical, security, or computer systems. Knowledge of Bosch, DMP, Edwards/EST, Honeywell, Radionics, Simplex, GE/Mirtone systems, Genetec, and Software House (C-Cure).
