Job Summary: We are seeking a mission-focused, detail-oriented, Senior Intelligence Analyst for Modeling & Simulation (M&S) to support the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-2, Directorate of Military Intelligence Strategy and Transformation (DAMI ST), M&S Division. This senior role centers on coordinating intelligence requirements, synchronizing efforts, and integrating intelligence capabilities across Army M&S communities and organizations. This analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping Army policy, strategy, and governance, for the Army Intelligence M&S community to drive threat informed transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of how to apply M&S capabilities to Army intelligence operations. The analyst will lead change across a diverse community of interest, engaging stakeholders from across the Army, Joint Staff, other Department of War (DoW) components, the Intelligence Community, and interagency partners. The position requires strategic alignment of analytical efforts with broader national defense objectives, ensuring coherence across departments and organizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to influence and integrate across complex organizational boundaries. Key Responsibilities: Synchronize M&S efforts across the Army Intelligence Enterprise to support training, test & evaluation, operational analysis, acquisition, and experimentation. Conduct strategic planning, policy development, research, and cross organization staffing for Army level intelligence M&S initiatives, projects, and engagements. Interface between intelligence analysts, model developers, and system engineers to ensure M&S tools accurately represent operational realities and threat environments. Provide guidance on threat modeling, data standards, interoperability, and intelligence architecture integration within simulation environments, including wargames and exercises. Identify and assess emerging M&S technologies, digital engineering, and artificial intelligence/machine learning for application to Army intelligence use cases. Prepare executive-level presentations, information and decision papers, and correspondence. Coordinate across diverse teams and organizations to ensure intelligence systems and modernization efforts are evaluated holistically. Required Qualifications Requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoW Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance. Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, intelligence studies, or a related field and 10 years of professional experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings. Experience collaborating with joint, interagency, and multinational partners to support strategic and operational planning. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualifications Prior experience supporting the Headquarters of the Department of the Army G-2 or a Combatant Command J-2 environment. Demonstrated experience in intelligence production, intelligence architecture, or intelligence exercise planning. Experience working with or within the defense industry supporting government contracts. Master's degree or higher in systems engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, intelligence studies, or a related field. Proven ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives and influence policy and governance. Strong understanding of Army intelligence operations, strategic planning, and transformation efforts.
