Position Overview Join our dynamic, high-energy team as a Financial Analyst to handle full life-cycle program finances. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a strong work ethic. Your ability to multitask, prioritize deliverables, and communicate effectively will be key in this role as you navigate diverse program finances across various contract types. In this position, you will play a crucial role in performing routine financial analysis for multiple projects, including EACs and customer deliverables, as well as ad hoc reporting as needed. You will rely on your experience and judgment to meet deadlines and achieve goals while working under general supervision. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive cost, schedule, and funding planning as well as reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to Program Managers, including the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and time-phased budgets and schedules. Support accounts receivable processes, including invoice backup, as required. Monitor billing status and resolve unbilled issues with the Contracts, Accounting, and PMO teams in a timely manner. Oversee preparation of subcontractor and vendor accruals in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies. Assist in the monthly business rhythms for program and finance organizations by participating in meetings and program reviews. Administer formal aspects of program control per generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations. Complete finance inputs for project setup and ensure revenue recognition complies with contractual terms and conditions. Act as a liaison between operations and administrative support teams for financial issues. Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and customers as necessary. Qualifications for Success U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in finance or a related area. Knowledge of corporate business practices, government contracting regulations, and finance principles. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, maintaining strong standards and focus on project execution. Willingness to travel up to 10% as required. Preferred Skills and Experience Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations, DCAA compliance, and audits.
