The Role: Act as a liaison between Accenture and clients to design and implement business applications for the power generation sector. Convert process challenges or integration gaps into actionable transformation programs. Oversee application, process, and functional design activities. Develop functional requirements for application design. Create and validate functional designs for prototypes and business solution components. Manage application deployments, data conversions, and the planning and execution of testing phases. Contribute to business development efforts alongside marketing and proposal initiatives. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 3 years' experience in Power Generation, with a focus on nuclear or power plant operations. At least 3 years of experience engaging directly with clients to develop effective strategies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Comprehensive understanding of nuclear work management, including planning, scheduling, and maintenance processes. Knowledge of nuclear asset management, equipment reliability, and configuration control. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Bonus Skills: Strong ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Proven problem-solving capabilities combining creative and analytical skills. Interest in working within an information systems context. Exceptional leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities. Experience in a consulting firm is a plus. Compensation varies based on various factors such as office location, specific role, skill set, and level of experience. We anticipate this job posting will be opened for a minimum of 3 days.
