Personal Attendant/Caregivers

Salus Homecare is looking for caregivers that are able to work in the cities of Oceanside, Carlsbad, La Costa, Encinitas and LaJolla. We are looking for candidates that are available Monday to Sunday 7 days a week hours available are 4 hours, 8 hours, and 12 hours. Clients are one on one and shifts are days and nights Compensation & Benefits: Holiday Pay Benefits Paid Sick Leave 401k Verizon Wireless Discount Referral Bonus Flexible Hours and Schedule Pay Rates - $18.00-$23.00 Responsibilities: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) Bathing, grooming, personal care, feeding / meal prep, toileting ambulation, medication reminders, social interaction, and more! Be oriented and well trained on ALL aspects of the client's Plan of Care Meal Prep and cooking Assist clients with LIGHT housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, changing linens, laundry, etc). Drive clients to and from medical appointments, grocery store, etc Qualifications: Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) - This is a CA State requirement which involves registering as a Personal Attendant and providing Livescan fingerprints for a FBI Background check - Salus can help you with this process if you are not currently certified.
