Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an HR Business Partner Level II, where you will play a vital role in connecting business objectives with our workforce. You will cultivate partnerships within the HR function, delivering valuable services that align with the strategic goals of the organization. This role typically supports multiple business groups with diverse challenges. Engage regularly with leaders from designated business groups to understand their needs and communicate important HR initiatives. Stay informed on legal requirements related to employee management, reducing risks and ensuring compliance. Consult with our legal team for complex issues as needed. Provide strategic guidance to managers on key HR areas, including performance management, evaluations, compensation, recognition programs, and training. Interpret HR policies for supervisors and support employees with work-related challenges. Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as necessary. Research, analyze data, and present recommendations on various HR projects to drive improvements. Collaborate with the broader HR team, sharing best practices to enhance performance across the HR function. Contribute to new employee orientation and conduct exit interviews to address attrition trends and recommend solutions to minimize turnover. Develop strategies to motivate and engage employees while supporting change management and culture-building initiatives. Play an active role in implementing processes related to career development, staffing, employee relations, workplace ethics, and performance management. Work closely with both management and employees to foster positive work relationships, enhance morale, and boost productivity and retention. Identify training needs across various programs and facilitate or coordinate the delivery of non-operational training. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred certification: PHR, SPHR, or similar HR Certification. 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a relevant HR discipline. Other Job Specific Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including expertise in presentations and training. Experience in developing and supporting HR programs, policies, practices, and procedures. Strong consulting skills to assess internal client needs and articulate HR processes to various stakeholders. Ability to handle sensitive employee information with tact and confidentiality. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a complex organization. Strong facilitation, persuasion, and active listening skills. Proactive in researching and analyzing labor laws and recommending appropriate actions. Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage change effectively. Establish credibility and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers at all levels. Experience in resolving employee relations issues to effective closure. Ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage time efficiently. Compensation Ranges Compensation for this position varies based on several factors, including location, experience, education, certifications, and project-specific requirements. The compensation provided is a guideline and may vary accordingly.
