We emphasize evidence-based care, mentorship, and professional development in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Job Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment programs for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in EMR systems Collaborate with referring providers, staff, and fellow clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for patients and teammates Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current California PT license (or eligibility) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply About Us California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is a proud partner of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN).
