As a Senior Associate in our Software Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, coding, and testing applications that not only revolutionize industries but also enhance user experiences. You will be expected to build meaningful relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, and contribute to large-scale projects that will shape the future of our clients’ businesses. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Establish strong relationships with clients to fully understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions. Analyze project requirements effectively and ensure high-quality results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends to promote continuous improvement in our processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering. Desirable Skills: Master’s Degree is preferred. Proficiency in Java 8 or Python, along with experience using frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. Experience in building Microservices REST APIs and Event-Driven Design. Familiarity with tools like Knative, Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of data processing with Kafka and Apache NiFi. Ability to design and query both Relational and NoSQL databases. Expertise in creating Web User Interfaces using JavaScript libraries. Experience with Agile Methodologies. We are also looking for individuals who can implement AI thinking within their teams, enhancing efficiencies across processes. Experience with AI tools in development lifecycles is a plus.
