Construction Dispute Resolution: Our team conducts thorough analyses of complex issues in construction disputes, providing detailed delay and cost evaluations to identify the root causes of project challenges. We present our findings clearly and objectively to assist in the resolution of conflicts. Advisory Services: Leveraging extensive industry expertise and lessons learned from past disputes, we offer risk management, project management, and cost advisory services during the early phases of construction projects. Role Overview As the Managing Director in Ankura's Construction Disputes & Advisory group, you will oversee detailed analytical processes while remaining deeply engaged with client services. You will collaborate with other experts to develop and execute detailed analyses that deliver optimal solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting and managing project timeline, cost, productivity, and statistical analyses while also reviewing essential project documentation. Responsibilities: Lead and support in-depth analyses of project schedule delays, cost overruns, productivity metrics, contracts, change orders, and design/construction-related issues. Conduct research and analyze project cost documentation. Evaluate financial statements and other relevant records. Utilize Ankura's proprietary methodologies to construct claims and develop work products. Create computer models for schedules, contractor production rates, and costs using various software programs. Oversee data gathering efforts, including document review and entry quality control. Supervise team members, including analysts, junior associates, and administrative staff. Ensure thorough documentation of work products. Plan engagements effectively. Prepare communication for clients. Coordinate administrative duties such as time tracking and bill processing. Contribute to recruitment initiatives, participating in campus events and interviews. Support staff development initiatives. Engage in business development activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution. Experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access. Background in damages and investigative work related to contracts and litigation. Strong research capabilities and a solid knowledge foundation in relevant fields of study. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Robust project management abilities and strong attention to detail. Creative problem-solving skills and a high level of motivation, coupled with exceptional analytical and organizational abilities. Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner and experience in project scheduling techniques. Professional Engineer (P.
