We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests. (This position is on-site.) The salary range for this position is $70,304.00 -$86,600.00. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort and Mission Pacific Hotel reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the operations of the rooftop bar. • Develop and maintain an enticing beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. • Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to deliver top-notch service. • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Coordinate events and promotions to attract and retain customers. • Monitor financial performance related to beverage sales and prepare reports for senior management.
