Must Have • 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination. • An understanding of freight scheduling and trucking operations. • Experience with digital workflow tools (Excel required; Aconex, Oracle preferred). • Excellent communication, follow up, and organizational skills. • Updating shipments in TMS system Nice to Have• Background in energy, pipeline, fabrication, or industrial project logistics. • Knowledge of DOT/HAZMAT regulations. • Experience supporting QA/QC inspection workflows.
