Job DescriptionJob Title: Production Operator - 2nd Shift Location: Maple Lake, MN Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:45 PM-1:45 AM Job Type: Temporary | Full-timeAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operator workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, you'll help produce quality plastic components and support a clean, modern facility with a stable team. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Operator: Operate molding equipment and instruments to trim plastic products Mix and prepare raw materials for sorting and delivery to work centers Remove completed plastic components from molds for trimming Trim and assemble components into finished products Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and work areas Meet and exceed product quality standards for finished goods What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role: Must have at least 6 months production experience within the last 2 years Must be Able to read and follow written and verbal directions in English Must be willing to work in small spaces Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Must have reliable transportation to Maple Lake, MN Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings No experience required - entry-level candidates welcome!
