We are seeking a confident CRNA to join a supportive and experienced anesthesia team at a CRNA-only hospital site in an affordable community a little over an hour from Wichita, KS. This opportunity offers full autonomy, excellent compensation, and a great case mix—ideal for both strong new grads and experienced providers looking to work independently. Position Highlights: • $350,000 annual compensation (1099) • 2.5 Months Off • CRNA-only model with full independence • Chief CRNA in place, great local culture and team • 1:6 home beeper call with post-call day off • $200/hr for additional shifts or post-call coverage • Mix of cases and will include blocks – great for providers who enjoy regional Requirements: • Board Certified CRNA or Current SRNA • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously • New grads welcome with solid clinical foundation About the Area: This affordable and friendly Kansas town offers a true sense of community with the space and pace to enjoy life outside the hospital.
