Workday Engineer

Title : Workday Engineer Location : Detroit, MI Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Graduate of bachelor's degree, preferably IT related courses • Location - Detroit • Associate should be onsite from day 1- 5 days a week onsite from Client location. • Minimum of 5 years of Workday Integration Experience • 3 to 5 years of Recruitment module experience • Proven experience with Workday Studio and backend integration development. • Strong domain knowledge in Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Core HR processes. • Experience with HR data models, security configurations, and business processes. • Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, XML/XSLT, and middleware • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Workday certifications (e.g., Studio, Integrations, Extend) are a plus. Roles & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs. • Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and IT teams to gather requirements and build customized integrations aligned with business needs. • Support and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security standards. • Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support guides. • Advise on best practices for Workday integration architecture and roadmap planning.
