Project Engineer NPI

Job Description:Industry: Manufacturing & ProductionJob Category: Engineering - Other EngineeringYOUR ROLE: Act as the technical liaison between R&D, Package Engineering and Operations to ensure production processes and equipment can effectively manufacture new products through new product development and pilot/scale up phases. Execute and document scale up processes and input all operational cost into an NPI system inclusive but not limited to flammable processing and filling applications. Communicate and collaborate with all functional groups of the NPI teams. Lead cost saving initiatives from concept, quantification through to product realization. Achieve line efficiency through labor reduction & automated packaging solutions. Execute new product capital projects from concept and budgeting to execution and closure. YOUR SKILLS: 5-10 years' Experience in manufacturing Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Packaging Engineer Production Engineering Packaging Engineering Auto CAD Microsoft Project (MSP) Project Management Continuous Improvement
