Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bilingual/ Spanish) - Richmond, CA (New Graduates are accepted) Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (In-Person) Caseload & Setting Home-based services Approximately 20 total cases Primarily early intervention population, with a small number of school-age clients Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments Develop individualized treatment and Behavior Support Plans Provide one-on-one parent coaching and caregiver training Model implementation of individualized ABA programs Requirements Active BCBA certification CPI certification Experience in early intervention and home-based ABA services Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards Excellent communication skills (Spanish fluency required) Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills Organizational and time management skills Empathy, professionalism, and patience Willingness to travel up to 25% New graduates are welcome to apply.
