Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities: Observe, administer, record, and report any medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s) Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and other patient activities Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills: Current and valid RN license Excellent interpersonal skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Physical strength and stamina First aid and CPR certifications Caldera Cares for you!
