Software Test engineer

Role: Software Test engineer Location: Kirkland, WA (Onsite) Top Skills - Must Haves CAN unix vector canalyzer embedded software test J1939 Job Description Will be responsible to test and validate Connected services features. This individual will be building their own test bench and planning the test features. Responsible to validate BEV Truck features like Live dashboard, Insights vehicle, Charger dashboard, also connected features on ICE engines like Remote diagnostics, OTA, Enhanced OTA, Vehicle Diagnostics report Etc Lead responsible to manage Defects in ALM/HP QC, Will be organizing triage calls with OEM and Suppliers for resolve defects. Responsible for developing test cases, Test plan, Design Test Strategy, Test Execution and Test deliverables in order to assess the functional and non-functional quality and reliability of a component and/ or a system for Global connected services, IOT, OTA, on Trucks for E2E Testing, Regression, System Acceptance test, Vehicle testing and any test related activities Ability to work well independently and in a team environment with strong organizational skills. Should be able to handle Electrical equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, etc) Good to have High Voltage EV level 1/2 training. Basic Understanding of ISO26262. Understanding of V Model Software testing Experience with FMEA/DFMEA.
