Clinical Dietitian- Permanent RoleLocation: Watertown, NY 13601 Shift: Days (40 hours) rotating weekend coverage Pay Rate: $28/hr - $37.10 (hr) Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients/residents Identify individuals at risk for malnutrition and implement early intervention strategies Perform Nutrition Focused Physical Exams (NFPE) to assess the degree of malnutrition Develop individualized diet plans and monitor their effectiveness over time Provide nutrition education to patients/residents, families, and healthcare staff Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (required) Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registration Eligible (required) Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist (CDN) in New York State (preferred) Minimum of 1 year experience in acute care or long-term care setting (preferred) Proficient in PointClickCare, Meditech, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Displays excellent customer service skills Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated resume.
