Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite/Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Salary:,825.00 -,275.00 Job Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role acts as a strategic partner to business and technology teams, ensuring scalable, secure, integrated solutions aligned with business goals and architecture standards. Key Responsibilities: Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce architecture & solutions Design end-to-end technical solutions with focus on performance, security & cost Build proof-of-concepts to validate solution approach Create and maintain architecture documentation and design standards Partner with stakeholders and technical teams for solution alignment Support architecture governance and change approval processes Provide oversight during implementation to ensure adherence to best practices Mentor and guide technical teams on Salesforce architecture principles Drive innovation and continuous improvement across platforms Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 7+ years of IT experience, including 1-3 years in architecture 5+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience (Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud) Strong knowledge of system design, data modeling & integration architecture Strong understanding of cloud, databases, networking & modern software patterns (DDD, event-driven) Required Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills Experience working with enterprise-level environments (regulated industries preferred) Nice to Have: AWS, TOGAF, or additional Salesforce certifications What's in it for You: Opportunity to lead Salesforce transformation initiatives Collaborative & innovation-focused environment Competitive salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits package Career growth & continuous learning opportunities
