Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement.Job RequirementsRequiredGraduation from an accredited school of nursing required.Experience with airway emergencies, (i.e. laryngospasms, airway obstruction, stridor and arrest).Graduate of ICU residency with a minimum of six months ICU experience.Registered Nurse: WA (RN:WA) upon hireBasic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) upon hireAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 daysPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 monthsCertified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse (CAPA) perferredCertified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) preferredPreferredBachelors Of NursingOne year of related work experience in an acute care settingMinimum of 2 years current experience in an acute, inpatient PACU setting within the last 3 yearCertified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse (CAPA)Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN)Where You'll WorkVirginia Mason Franciscan Health has a rich history of providing exceptional healthcare, dating back to 1891.
