Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will perform diversified administrative duties for a team of Managers, including written and verbal correspondence, meeting and calendar management, coordination and arrangement of travel schedules, weekly monthly time and expense reporting, graphic presentations and other related duties as required. Provide occasional support for consultant teams. Work with other Executive and Administrative Assistants in a team environment to provide high-level support/coverage. Administrative Assistant must demonstrate the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The successful candidate possesses a gracious and confident demeanor, be dependable and resourceful, take initiative and be innovative. She/he should have the ability to handle complex and confidential situations with the highest level of professionalism. This person will work with a wide range of Company employees and stakeholders, so she/he must be able to build internal and external relationships, and be an effective communicator. REQUIREMENTS: Associate in Arts or equivalent combination of related experience Experience with an Executive Assistant functions as well as customer service, preferably in the healthcare field is desired Good oral and written communications including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). PC, printers, computerized voice and e-mail systems Minimum of 2+ years of experience in health-related area or must possess transferable skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery Ability to run local errands as needed Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and unstructured environment Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels Functional understanding of online technology BENEFITS: We offer an attractive salary and benefit package, including personal & vacation days, paid holidays, health insurance and 401K after a 1-year employment anniversary.
