Pending State License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Special Requirements: Ortho, neuro, wound care, vestibular, stroke. Unit Information: This is a critical access 12 bed hospital. 90% of care is outpt with 10% being acute care hospital and swingbed. Swingbed is similar to SNF.
