Primary Job Title:Workflow & Policy Assembly SpecialistAlternate / Related Job Titles: Policy Processing Specialist Insurance Document Assembly Associate Workflow Operations Specialist Policy Print Coordinator Location & Onsite Flexibility:Batesville, IN - OnsiteContract Details: Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 3 Months Start: As Soon As Possible Pay Rate: $19 per hour Job Summary: The Workflow & Policy Assembly Specialist is responsible for printing, reviewing, and assembling insurance policy documentation in accordance with state and firm-specific guidelines. This role emphasizes attendance, quality, accuracy, and responsiveness to ensure service level expectations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:Document Printing & Assembly Print copies of insurance applications and policy documents. Assemble policy print packages according to state and firm guidelines. Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness. Quality Control & Issue Resolution Identify and take appropriate action to resolve system, process, or printer issues in a timely manner. Ensure accurate and consistent handling of documentation to support compliance standards. Communication & Team Support Share relevant information with key stakeholders to support workflow continuity. Contribute to team efforts to meet or exceed service level goals.
