Employment Type: Full-Time (75 hours biweekly) Shift: Days/Onsite Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 Position Summary The People Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s people systems. This role ensures systems operate efficiently and effectively while supporting People Operations processes. The Analyst partners closely with HR and IT to manage system configurations, reporting, data integrity, security, and compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining HR systems data, supporting end users through training and troubleshooting, generating reports and insights, and leading or supporting system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of HR business processes. System AdministrationManage system configurations, reporting, dashboards, and integrations using SQL and BI reporting tools. Support system interfaces and ensure seamless data flow across platforms. System MaintenancePerform day-to-day administration of HRIS and timekeeping systems, including user profile management, security access, and data integrity audits. Create and maintain pay policies, rules, and profiles within the timekeeping system. Training and User SupportProvide training and ongoing support to end users on new and existing system functionality. Develop best practices and empower internal users through clear guidance and documentation. Reporting & Data AnalysisGenerate standard and ad hoc reports to meet business needs. Analyze data to deliver insights that support organizational objectives and decision-making. Troubleshooting & Issue ResolutionServe as the primary point of contact for UKG Pro-related issues and inquiries. Diagnose system issues, implement solutions, and escalate complex problems as needed Process ImprovementEvaluate existing systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Project SupportAssist with system implementations, upgrades, and the rollout of new modules. Conduct system testing and document processes, procedures, and enhancements. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field required. Minimum of 3 years of People Systems/HRIS or HR systems experience, with a strong focus on configuration, reporting, and system implementations. Hands-on experience managing UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) required. Demonstrated knowledge of HR business processes and HRIS architecture; familiarity with ADP Vantage, UKG Recruitment, and Onboarding is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present findings to leadership. Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
