Job Type Full-time Description The Site Coordinator leads the daily operations of a Community of Hope Family Resource Center out of our Hanover location, ensuring a welcoming, well-organized, and mission-driven environment for families and partners to enhance customer and community focus. This role oversees program and activity coordination, manages and supports volunteers, and ensures consistent implementation of the service delivery model. The Site Coordinator collaborates closely with the Program Manager to uphold high-quality, trauma-informed practices and to strengthen partnerships and communication across CPC hub/site teams, schools, community organizations, and families. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate commitment to Community Progress Council's vision, mission, and values. Oversee daily operations of the Resource Center to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. Implement the service delivery model with consistency and fidelity. Coordinate site programming and events that meet community needs using a strength-based approach. Maintain accurate, confidential client records and meet all reporting and compliance requirements. Build strong relationships with families, volunteers, partners, and school staff to support engagement. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of volunteers in collaboration with the Program Manager. Track site data and share trends, gaps, and outcomes with the Program Manager. Ensure all participant interactions are trauma-informed and culturally responsive. Serve as liaison to facility management teams to ensure maintenance, safety, and operational needs are met. Act as the site's Emergency Response Coordinator. Promote and represent the mission and vision of Community Progress Council in all community interactions. Flexibility & Adaptability: Responds effectively to changing needs, shifting priorities, and diverse family and program requirements Requirements Education and Qualifications: Education & Experience: Associate's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Program Coordination: Prior experience in program coordination is preferred. Communication & Organization: Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge Base: Familiarity with family support services, community resources, and best practices in supportive service environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred; experience with ChildPlus is also preferred. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole (speaking, reading, and writing) strongly preferred. Document Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret work-related documents, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Why Join Us?
