Electrician Technical Assistant (Full-Time)

This opportunity is designed for individuals with hands-on electrical experience who are looking to strengthen their technical skills, earn certification, and build a long-term career in an in-demand trade. Training Program & Schedule Opportunities throughout the state of Texas Paid, structured training provided Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training Certification issued after successful completion of the training program Training begins at the end of April 2026 Interviews will be conducted remotely Job Duties Support licensed electricians with electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair work Apply prior electrical experience while learning advanced electrical systems Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety guidelines, and company procedures Assist with job site setup, organization, and safety Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training Valid United States driver’s license Authorization to work legally in the United States Willingness to undergo a background screening Willingness to complete a drug test Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions Benefits Full-time position Competitive compensation in a high-demand field Paid training with certification Career advancement opportunities following training completion
