They're a large, wellresourced general contractor with 400-1,000 employees and offices across Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Waco-offering toptier stability, cuttingedge technology, and the chance to build landmark, missioncritical facilities across the state. Job Description Lead and manage all onsite construction activities for missioncritical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and continuity at every phase. Drive coordination across subcontractors, trades, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain seamless workflow and prevent schedule disruptions. Oversee and enforce strict compliance with project plans, specifications, and high-security, high-reliability requirements unique to missioncritical environments. Monitor, track, and report daily progress, risks, and field conditions to ensure on-time, on-budget, firsttimeright delivery. Create and maintain a proactive safety culture, running site meetings, enforcing protocols, and ensuring every team member meets safety standards. Resolve issues quickly, making informed field decisions to keep milestones on track and maintain operational resilience.
