Job Description

Senior Solutions Advisor Join our team as a Senior Solutions Advisor, where you'll collaborate closely with Cornerstone's Regional Sales Managers and Directors to attract new customers and enhance relationships with existing ones. You'll play a vital role in showcasing Cornerstone's innovative product offerings while focusing on the technical elements of the sales process. Staying updated on the latest technical, industry, and product advancements is essential. As a key member of our team, you'll also work alongside our corporate group to share insights and best practices. You will report directly to the RVP of Solution Consulting. In this role, you will: Showcase tailored product functionality and communicate our value proposition effectively. Work to align the needs, goals, and objectives of clients. Gain a deep understanding of potential clients' business environments. Clearly articulate both simple and complex solutions verbally. Facilitate transitions of accounts and relay business requirements to project and implementation teams. Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and position Cornerstone’s solutions effectively. Contribute to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs as needed. Engage with the Solutions Consultant team to share best practices. Embrace the chance to take on additional responsibilities as required, showcasing your rockstar capabilities. You’re a great fit if you have: A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with a strong academic record; an advanced degree or MBA is valued. 5+ years of pre-sales experience. A minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales role at a software company, focusing on HCM and SaaS. Skills in SaaS, Human Capital Management, effective communication, consultative selling, teamwork, accountability, Salesforce.com, enterprise software, customer engagement, and knowledge of talent/HRIS/CRM management systems. Exceptional presentation and product demonstration abilities. Strong skills in relationship-building. Proven ability to transform product functionality into client value. A strong desire to achieve results with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
