UI/UX Designer

Job Description: Role Overview Hiring 1 UI/UX Designer Supporting IAM (Identity & Access Management) platform Focus on building a new UI for access management Work includes UI mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and iterative design This is enterprise-facing web application work (not mobile) Team & Business Context Part of Cyber & Technology - IAM team Platform used enterprise-wide across Capital One Designer will collaborate across multiple LOBs, stakeholders, and product managers Key Responsibilities Design UI for a new IAM platform Conduct user research and usability testing Translate user and PM requirements into UI designs Iterate designs based on continuous feedback Follow Capital One inclusive design standards and best practices Partner closely with product managers and stakeholders Required Skills & Experience 4-6 years of UI/UX design experience Strong proficiency in Figma (preferred) (Sketch or Adobe XD acceptable) Strong understanding of: UX principles Information architecture Usability testing Basic HTML/CSS understanding (no coding required) Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with enterprise-scale applications Nice to Have Prior Capital One experience (advantage, not required)
