Auto Body and Paint Technician

Job Description Job Description We're seeking a skilled Auto Body & Paint Technician to repair and refinish vehicles. You'll handle frame straightening, dent repair, panel replacement, and precision paint matching to restore cars to like-new condition. If you're detail-oriented, experienced, and take pride in flawless finishes, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities:Assess vehicle damage and plan repairs that exceed industry standardsPerform frame and structural repairs using frame racks and measuring systemsRepair or replace damaged panels, bumpers, and body partsSand, prime, and apply base coat/clear coat finishes with precisionMatch paint colors using mixing systems and achieve seamless blendsPolish and detail vehicles for a showroom-quality finishFollow safety protocols for spray booths, chemicals, and equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Qualifications:High school diploma or technical training in auto body repairProven experience in auto body repair and refinishingProficiency with DA sanders, spray guns, spot welders, and paint systemsStrong eye for detail and color matchingKnowledge of OEM/aftermarket repair standards and safety practicesWillingness to learn and grow your skillsComfortable working as a team to complete long term goals Company Description BRUCE'S ROD SHOP WAS FOUNDED IN 1981 BY BRUCE BURROUGHS.
