POSITION SUMMARY: Join our dynamic team as a Salaried Dining Manager, where you will lead restaurant operations with a passionate focus on exceptional guest service and overall operational excellence. You will report directly to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, and play a vital role in driving the success of our establishment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: Oversee the restaurant's daily operations during your shifts, making impactful management decisions: Provide outstanding, friendly service aligned with company guidelines. Cultivate a culture that reflects our Vision and Mission statement, enhancing People, Profits, and Guest Experience. Quickly address and resolve guest complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ensure a high-quality guest experience through proactive engagement and attentive service. Educate staff on alcohol awareness and responsible service. Assist in managing inventory levels efficiently. Ensure product preparation and presentation adhere to our quality standards. Efficiently schedule staff to meet sales demands. Implement effective safety and security protocols as per company policies. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times. Support promotional initiatives and keep staff informed about menu updates. Assist in guiding Team Leaders and Team Members to achieve exceptional performance. Manage administrative tasks and Team Member functions associated with managerial responsibilities. Support Front of House and Back of House operations effectively during shifts. Execute all opening and closing procedures thoroughly. Maintain quality standards throughout the dining experience. Help compile daily and weekly operational reports efficiently. Encourage teamwork by fostering strong, cohesive teams dedicated to achieving restaurant and organizational goals. Exemplify professionalism and integrity, aligning with our core values. Develop Team Leads and Team Members for future career advancement opportunities. Perform additional related duties as required. EQUIPMENT/COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in computers and familiar with common office equipment. Experience using Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of restaurant management systems and software. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Oversee both Back of House and Front of House Team Leads and Team Members. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of guest service experience. 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the dining sector. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage a Profit & Loss Statement. Positive attitude with a talent for managing challenging guest interactions. Must be at least 21 years old. ServSafe Alcohol and Food Certification is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Available to work 50-55 hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. KEY COMPETENCIES: Passionate about hospitality. WORKING CONDITIONS: The work environment may include wet floors, loud noises, and fast-paced settings, including outdoor elements.
