Join Brown and Caldwell as a dynamic Project Manager specializing in water and wastewater projects. This is an incredible opportunity for a mid-level professional engineer eager to expand their project management, leadership, and business development skills. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering innovative planning, evaluation, design, permitting, and construction support services for advanced treatment plants, biosolids, pumping stations, pipelines, and integrated water resources projects for municipal clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams in managing and executing municipal water and wastewater engineering projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships while nurturing project delivery and client service teams. Oversee contracts for contractors, engineering consultants, and construction management professionals. Prepare and present project proposals, ensuring thorough understanding and innovative approaches during pitches. Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery. Utilize internal project management tools to track progress and facilitate effective communication among team members. Participate in the technical and quality control review of planning and design documents. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive specifications and design drawings. Regularly report project status to senior client leadership. Assist local leadership in strategizing for growth and developing new project opportunities. Qualifications: B.S. degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field; M.S. preferred with a focus on water, wastewater, or reclaimed water. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering. Current New York PE license or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity within 6 months. Proven track record of efficient project delivery with strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in marketing, proposal writing, and public presentations. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Compensation: The anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $106,000 to $145,000, depending on skills, experience, and education. Compensation packages may be modified in the future.
