Your responsibilities include: Maintaining merchandising standards and appealing displays in line with company expectations. Monitoring inventory levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation of discrepancies. Ensuring the department’s organization and presentation is visually appealing for an enhanced customer experience. Coordinating accurate and efficient price changes and updating related signage. Implementing merchandising strategies in accordance with company guidelines. Enforcing cleanliness and safety protocols within the department. Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with inquiries. Supporting front-end operations by processing transactions as needed. Utilizing general office and retail equipment. Participating in cross-training and ongoing learning opportunities. Offering proactive assistance to meet the needs of customers and colleagues. Supervisory Responsibilities None Essential Qualities for Success At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of the specific department. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to changing priorities and challenges. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. Ability to maintain composure under pressure. Flexible schedule to work a 40-hour week, including varied hours and weekends. Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods. Able to lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds regularly and 31-50 pounds occasionally. Comfortable using a ladder and pallet jack. Able to navigate and access all facilities. Proficient in verbal communication in person and electronically. Close vision for computer tasks.
