As the Product Manager for Enterprise Group Management (EGM), you'll be pivotal in driving EGM initiatives, serving as the principal liaison between engineering teams, project management office (PMO), executive administrators, and organizational leadership. This role requires a strategic mindset, outstanding relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of enterprise group structures and deployment strategies. Please note, due to client requirements, applicants must be willing to work on a W2 basis. W2 Responsibilities: Primary Point of Contact for EGM Act as the key resource for inquiries and escalations regarding EGM. Build and maintain strong partnerships with engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution. Strategic Planning & Roadmap Understand various EGM phases, rollout strategies, and timelines. Create and uphold a clear roadmap for EGM implementation and enhancements. Tool Landscape & Alternatives Explore and document the capabilities of group management tools, including possible alternatives. Leverage AI insights and industry benchmarks (e.g., Gartner reports) to inform your recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Manage relationships with PMO, executive admins, and engineering teams. Grasp the ecosystem of group sequences (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, escalation paths) to ensure effective governance. Governance & Compliance Ensure EGM processes comply with organizational standards and compliance mandates. Qualifications: Proven experience in product management in enterprise IT or SaaS sectors. Thorough knowledge of group management frameworks and enterprise governance models. Ability to analyze and present detailed tool landscapes and competitive alternatives. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with rollout strategies, roadmaps, and change management practices.
