As a Technical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by ensuring a safety-focused, clean, and well-maintained environment. You will work closely with your manager to help maintain seamless operations, ensuring we can swiftly serve our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to provide assistance, address any issues, and guarantee a positive experience. Support various departments such as store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service tasks. Utilize a range of tools and equipment to uphold the facility’s operational standards, including equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assignments. Be open to cross-training in different areas like Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers, strictly adhering to company safety protocols and procedures. Be physically capable of lifting 25+ pounds and working in various temperature conditions.
