The Role As the Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will: Evaluate patients under physician referral Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Utilize therapeutic techniques and modalities to restore strength, mobility, coordination, and function Manage pain and functional limitations Maintain documentation in accordance with California Practice Act and regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams You'll have clinical autonomy while operating within a supportive, community-rooted environment. Ideal Candidate Profile Active California Physical Therapist License Current AHA BLS Certification 1+ year outpatient experience preferred New graduates encouraged to apply Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and patient education skills New grads will find mentorship and a collaborative setting - not sink-or-swim scheduling.
