As an AI Value Strategy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with C-suite executives and senior leaders, helping them to transform all aspects of their enterprises for improved growth and competitiveness. Your key responsibilities will include: Shaping Vision: Crafting transformative strategies for AI and data-driven business evolution. Building Relationships: Establishing trust with clients as an expert on integrating AI, Generative AI, and data within their operations. Defining Strategy: Developing and refining organizational strategies for AI and data management aimed at enhancing data assets and utilizing AI technologies for competitive edge. Assessing Maturity: Evaluating AI and data strategy, talent, operating models, and foundational data practices. Defining Building Blocks: Outlining essential components for transitioning to an AI-first organization, including technology blueprints and operational models. Business Case Development: Creating compelling investment profiles and roadmaps that identify revenue growth and cost-saving opportunities. Responsible AI Integration: Incorporating principles of Responsible AI into organizational strategies and plans to foster innovation. Operationalizing AI: Identifying necessary resources (people, processes, technologies) for developing and implementing AI solutions. Product Strategy: Formulating strategies for AI-driven products and spotting commercialization opportunities. This role may require travel up to 80% depending on client needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI and data strategy, including enterprise or function-specific strategies, value case development, and tech-driven transformations. A minimum of 4 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience. A minimum of 4 years of experience leading projects and meeting deadlines. A minimum of 4 years of large-scale delivery experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Professional Skills: Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written. Driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to lead client conversations and drive market strategies. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of building cohesive teams in inclusive environments and fostering strong client relations. Capability to introduce innovative ideas into projects. Compensation at Accenture is competitive and based on various factors, including location, role, skill set, and experience.
