Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Account Executive to join our team and focus on selling innovative Ultrasound imaging systems, options, and service contracts. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing healthcare solutions and elevating patient outcomes through our state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging products. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Regional Managers to develop strategic calling plans that maximize territory coverage and drive sales growth. Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients in both hospital and outpatient markets to successfully sell equipment and service contracts. Ensure customer satisfaction by cultivating strong ties with existing clients, facilitating cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with the Hospital Relations Manager and National Accounts to enhance sales strategies for hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and government accounts. Coordinate with Sales Administration to create precise equipment quotes and service contract proposals. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clinical presentations for prospective and current clients, supported by Product Managers. Work alongside Ultrasound Marketing to develop impactful business plans and market insights for clients. Continuously improve your understanding of Fujifilm ultrasound products and services to enhance your performance. Provide timely feedback on competitive products, pricing, and market developments. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and prospects in the CRM system. Assist in account receivables, service contract renewals, and addressing product performance queries. Stay current on industry trends to inform your sales strategies. Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, generation of leads and fostering new partnerships. Adhere to all medical device regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Complete necessary vendor credentialing for access to relevant facilities for job duties. Qualifications Experience At least 4 years of experience in sales, particularly in the hospital market or related to diagnostic imaging equipment and surgical devices. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Special Skills or Other Job Requirements Proven ability in sales with a strong customer-centric approach and excellent presentation skills. Strong communication skills applicable at all organizational levels including C-Level executives and clinical staff. Adept at building long-term client relationships and collaborating effectively across various departments. Ability to design sales solutions that meet customer specifications while resolving challenges efficiently. Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. A competitive spirit with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned territory. Access to a reliable automobile for business-related travel. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to work within standard office and clinical environments. Capacity to safely drive commercial vehicles and lift up to 35 pounds independently. Ability to maneuver ultrasound systems weighing up to 350 pounds on wheels. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and perform fine motor tasks. Occasional requirements include standing, walking, and reaching or lifting. Vision capabilities must include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. Ability to travel via personal, public, or air transportation as required. Travel Requirements This role requires significant travel, up to 75%, focusing on the assigned territory.
