KPMG is seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to lead our Global Technology Group, contributing significantly to our cloud initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of an enterprise-grade cloud platform, becoming the foremost subject matter expert in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Champion the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF) principles to deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with diverse teams, including Enterprise Architecture, Application Architects, AI specialists, and Cyber Security experts, to create long-term platform roadmaps. Design and build foundational GCP services to support innovative AI solutions, ensuring optimal infrastructure for implementation. Oversee pre-production efforts such as Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and lab testing, focusing on secure architectures and automation using Infrastructure as Code. Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, guiding the effective use of the cloud platform and partnership with Dev & Ops for cloud development and operations. Exemplify integrity and professionalism, contributing to KPMG's respectful and collaborative work culture. Qualifications: At least five years of recent experience in designing and managing secure architectures within a public cloud environment, especially focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in creating cloud platforms that enable AI/ML functionalities, particularly with services like Vertex AI and BigQuery. In-depth knowledge of cloud networking, security principles, and identity management within an enterprise context. Demonstrated ability in developing Cloud Solution Architectures that align with business strategies. Google Professional Cloud Architect certification preferred; Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is a plus.
