Competitive Pay Average earnings of $1,475 per week / $76,700 per year Starting pay rate of $0.60 per mile Average mileage of 1,800 miles per week Stop pay of $25 for each stop (with an average of 8 stops per week) Additional compensation for detention and breakdowns Annual pay increase on your contract anniversary Great Schedule - Weekends Off! Monday to Friday schedule, with an average of 2-3 nights away from home each week Enjoy your weekends free! Requirements: Must reside within a 100-mile radius 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years Must possess a Class A CDL Minimum age of 21 No reckless driving convictions within the last 5 years No DUI or DWI convictions within the last 5 years No moving violation suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years No serious violations in the last 12 months No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Essential Functions: Load and unload freight (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Move freight (force requirement: 54 lbs) Lift and move side kits (lift requirement: 46 lbs) Lift tarp (lift requirement: 110 lbs) Secure loads with chains and hardware (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Climb onto and off the flatbed trailer/load Count freight Complete fuel tickets and delivery receipts Hook and unhook trailers (force requirement: 90 lbs) Perform pre-trip inspections Drive for extended periods Maintain regular and predictable attendance
