Essential Duties Regular visits to assigned customers. Conduct daily sales calls and prospect for new clientele. Identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential accounts. Communicate parts orders to counter staff, ensuring timely delivery and order urgency. Verify delivery dates for non-stock items with customers prior to ordering. Deliver and pick up parts as required. Review special orders with the parts manager for necessary approvals. Collaborate with parts management on negotiating customer discounts. Provide delivery instructions to counter staff and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in weekly service sales meetings and coordinate service work with support staff. Maintain customer records, update mailing lists, and submit call and expense reports. Attend training seminars and customer events whenever possible. Act as a public relations representative for the dealership. Maintain a professional appearance and track personal sales growth. Take part in weekly sales calls and distribute monthly marketing materials and promotions. Other tasks as assigned. To be successful in this role, you must be capable of effectively completing each essential duty. Qualifications: Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations. Ability to interpret safety rules and manuals. Mathematical Skills Capability to perform basic arithmetic operations and work with various units of measure. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Reasoning Ability Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions with common sense.
