Join Osaic as Our New Director of Advisory Services Platform Success! We have returned to the office on a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office each week. Applicants should be located at one of our specified hubs. Role Type: Full-time Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + annual performance bonus Your compensation will reflect your individual qualifications, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. About the Role: As the Director of Advisory Services Platform Success, you will lead the strategic direction and implementation of technology solutions for our registered investment advisors and affiliated financial professionals. Collaborating closely with the RIA Solutions management team, internal teams, and directly with advisors, you will drive efficiency, gather feedback for improvements, ensure operational excellence, and enhance the advisor and client experience. Your Responsibilities: Client Consultation and Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to RIA clients, aligning technology solutions with their business objectives, and cultivating lasting partnerships. Project and Team Management: Oversee key technology projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met while coordinating with various teams. Technology Expertise: Remain abreast of financial technology trends, integrating innovative solutions, and providing technical guidance for optimal platform use. Key Requirements: Strong analytical skills to devise practical solutions. A commitment to exceptional customer service for advisors. Adept at relationship building with advisors. A collaborative approach to work with business units and strategic partners. Attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure. Respect for confidentiality. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications: Over 5 years in a Technology Consulting, Product, or training role. Familiarity with the FinTech sector. Experience in an advisory-based financial business. Knowledge of agile development practices. Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements and user stories. Familiarity with Financial Advisor technology tools (e.g., Orion, Black Diamond, Salesforce).
